Opa Opa Celebrity Server Evening Supports TEC!

TEC was the beneficiary of a wonderful evening of fun and funraising at the Opa Opa Brewery & Steakhouse on January 24, 2011! Celebrity bartenders including Bill Barcomb, Ed Batchelder, Tom Cross, Tom Whiteley and our own John Cowley got the crowd going and the donations flowing! A mix of fun and games brought people together, while the Opa Opa donated the entire tip pool for the evening to TEC- a total donation of almost $2,400!

We're so grateful for our friends at Opa Opa for putting this together and helping TEC help its riders!

American Legion Fundraising Dinner is a Huge Success!!

On December 16, 2010, American Legion Post 351 in Holyoke hosted a fundraising wine dinner for TEC. The Legion provided the meal and the hall at no charge, Liquors 44 and Mass Surgical Supply both of Holyoke provided financial support, and our own Gordon Alexander provided notes and commentary on the wines.

The evening included a tasting dinner with five different wines and a silent auction of donated items. Over 50 people attended and the event raised over $2,500 for TEC! A huge thank-you to all who participated in this event and especially to the local businesses that made it such a success!
